Our dentists at VPD will try their best to save your child’s tooth during a dental emergency. However, sometimes the best course of action is tooth extraction. For instance a tooth may have a large cavity that can’t be fixed with a dental filling or crown. We may advise emergency tooth extraction if the tooth is too fractured to be repaired by a dental crown or other restoration.
